Joanna Regulska dismisses concerns over foreign students featured in the Davis Enterprise

As national news regularly draws attention to concerns about international students on United States’ college campuses, The Enterprise sat down with Joanna Regulska to discuss topics centered on UCD’s Confucius Institute and the FBI director’s recent assertion that American colleges and universities are “naïve” about the intelligence risks posed by Chinese students and scholars.

Regulska comments that “Issues of privacy and access, those are worries for everybody around the world. This is not unique to universities. We are always told to be cautious when we are traveling — watch your phone, your wallet, your computer.”
