Call For Proposals: Research grants for UC faculty and grad students studying undocumented students or mixed-status families

The newly-established UC Collaborative to Promote Immigrant and Student Equity (UC PromISE) aims to promote policy-relevant research on how immigration policies have exacerbated vulnerabilities among undocumented students and expanded collateral consequences to citizen students with undocumented parents. Funded by a two-year UC multicampus research program and initiatives grant, we will be launching a UC-wide research study and a series of programs and conferences to support scholars and stakeholders doing research in this area.

UC PromISE is currently soliciting applications for UC faculty research grants (up to $12,000) and UC graduate student fellowships (up to $7,000) to support work in this area. The deadline for applications is March 22.

Please consider applying or sharing the attached call for proposals with UC colleagues and PhD students. The CFPs are also available at: https://www.undocequity.com/ucpromiseIf you are interested in joining our mailing list or becoming affiliated with the collaborative, you can sign up here.
